What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your card is charged automatically and you move onto the plan you signed up for. Cancel any time during the trial via your billing settings — no charge if you cancel before day 7.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your in-app billing settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Free.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over. Wallet top-up credits (available on commercial tiers) never expire.
Do you offer commercial licenses on Academic?
No — Academic is strictly non-commercial. Commercial work needs Lab or Enterprise.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
On Lab you can top up your wallet from billing settings, and those top-up credits never expire. Academic doesn't include top-ups — upgrade to Lab for more credits, the Patents tab, and a commercial-use license.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards via Stripe. Invoiced annual contracts are available on Lab and Enterprise — contact sales.
